Guests at Matkin Farm Inn can expect a quaint country style bedroom and private bathroom. Each room has a full size bed with a comfortable quilt as well as a a television complete with DVD player.
All guests are welcome to use the observation deck to gain a spectacular view of the countryside as well as an excellent place for bird watching. During colder winter months, a cozy fireplace warms the main room of the house.
Breakfast is served between 8:00 A.M. – 9:00 A.M. and features a number of menu items including hearty egg casserole, homemade biscuits, fresh fruit, milk, juice, and other items. Soft drinks, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, popcorn, and other afternoon snacks are available at all times free of charge.
We also provide shuttle service to and from local wineries in St. Francois and Ste. Genevieve Counties as well as make dinner reservations (or suggestions) on behalf of all our guests.
